Medgold Resources proposes $2 million private placement

Vancouver, Canada, June 29, 2020 – Medgold Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MED) announces that it proposes, subject to stock exchange approval, to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 40 million units at $0.05 per unit, for proceeds of up to $2 million.  Each unit will consist of one common share and one full warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at $0.10 for three years from closing.

The Company may pay a finder’s fee on a portion of the financing.  The proceeds of the placement are intended to be used for further development of the Company’s Tlamino Project in Serbia, and for general working capital purposes.
