Medgold Completes CAD$100,000 Short-Term Loan

Vancouver, Canada, March 24, 2016, Medgold Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MED) (the “Company” or “Medgold”) announces that it has completed its previously announced CAD$100,000 short-term loan transaction which will provide funding for general working capital requirements. The loan is repayable within six months and bears interest at 8% per annum.
In consideration for the loan, Medgold has issued to the lender warrants to purchase up to 500,000 common shares of Medgold exercisable for one year at $0.09 per share. Any common shares acquired on exercise of the warrants will be subject to a resale restriction until July 21, 2016.
